“耳石教学模拟”是一款完全离线的 BPPV（良性阵发性位置性眩晕）医学教育 App，提供前庭和三对半规管解剖教学、BPPV 理论知识、位置试验教学、复位手法三维模拟和眼震教学展示。
本 App 仅用于医学教育与学习，不能替代专业医疗诊断、个体化医疗建议和治疗。不应仅依据本 App 的模拟或示例自行诊断或决定治疗；如有健康问题，请咨询合格的医疗专业人员。技术支持邮箱不提供医疗诊疗或急救服务。
常见问题
使用 App 需要联网吗？
不需要。安装后，核心教学内容、三维模拟及内置眼震示例可离线使用。下载或更新 App、访问本支持网站及发送邮件属于单独的联网操作。
需要注册、登录或提交健康信息吗？
不需要。本 App 没有账户系统，也不要求提供个人信息、患者资料或健康数据。
为什么选择检查或复位方法后没有开始？
在定位或复位界面选择相应体位或方法后，点击菜单旁的“执行”。单纯选择菜单不会启动操作。
为什么有时没有显示眼震视频？
眼震教学展示取决于所添加耳石的侧别、半规管及所执行的检查。请先在对应半规管添加耳石，再执行匹配检查；没有对应示例的位置不会显示替代视频。
页面无法显示或操作异常怎么办？
如出现“重新载入”按钮，可先尝试重新载入；也可以关闭后重新打开 App。若问题仍存在，请通过下方邮箱说明复现步骤。

About the app
耳石教学模拟 is a fully offline medical education app about benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). It includes vestibular and semicircular canal anatomy, BPPV theory, positional test demonstrations, 3D simulations of repositioning maneuvers, and educational nystagmus examples.
This app is for medical education and learning only. It does not replace professional medical diagnosis, individual medical advice or treatment. Do not rely solely on its simulations or examples to diagnose yourself or make treatment decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns. Technical support does not provide medical care or emergency services.
Frequently asked questions
Does the app require an internet connection?
No. After installation, its core educational content, 3D simulations and built-in nystagmus examples work offline. Downloading or updating the app, visiting this support website and sending email are separate activities that require connectivity.
Do I need to register, sign in or provide health information?
No. The app has no account system and does not require personal information, patient records or health data.
Why does selecting a test or maneuver not start it?
After choosing the desired position or maneuver, select “执行” (Execute) beside the menu. Choosing a menu option alone does not start the operation.
Why is a nystagmus video not always shown?
The educational video depends on the side and canal where simulated particles were added and the test being performed. Add particles to the appropriate canal, then execute the matching test. Positions without a corresponding example do not display a substitute video.
What should I do if the page does not load or an interaction fails?
If a “重新载入” (Reload) button appears, try it first. You can also close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, email the developer with the steps needed to reproduce it.
