本政策说明“耳石教学模拟”（以下简称“本 App”）本身的数据处理行为。本 App 是一款完全离线运行的 BPPV 医学教育工具。
无需账户；不收集个人信息、健康数据或位置；无广告、追踪或分析 SDK；不上传患者或用户数据。
账户与个人信息
本 App 不要求注册或登录，不建立用户账户，也不收集姓名、邮箱地址、电话号码或其他用于识别个人身份的信息。使用本 App 无需向开发者提交任何个人资料。
健康数据与位置
本 App 不收集用户或患者的健康数据、病历或诊疗记录，不上传患者或用户数据，不使用定位功能，也不收集精确或大致位置。内置眼震内容是教学示例，不是对用户进行采集或检查。
广告、追踪与数据使用
本 App 不展示广告，不进行广告追踪，不集成分析或统计 SDK，不出售、出租或共享用户个人信息。由于本 App 本身不收集此类信息，开发者没有通过本 App 建立用户个人信息数据库。
离线功能与本地处理
解剖教学、BPPV 理论、位置试验教学、复位手法三维模拟和眼震教学展示均在设备上离线运行，不需要连接开发者服务器。检索词、模拟操作以及少量显示设置可能仅在设备本地或当前运行会话中处理，不会由本 App 上传。
主动联系技术支持
如果你选择使用外部邮件服务联系开发者，开发者会收到你的邮箱地址及你主动提供的邮件内容，仅用于回复咨询、处理问题和相关支持。这不属于本 App 自动收集数据。邮件内容仅在处理咨询和履行适用义务所需的范围与期间保留；你可以通过下方邮箱提出访问、更正或删除请求。
请不要发送患者姓名、病历、可识别的患者影像或其他敏感健康信息。开发者不会将支持邮件用于广告营销或出售。
本支持网站及第三方服务
本静态网站的页面代码不设置 Cookie，不使用分析工具、追踪脚本、外部字体或外部图片，也不提供在线数据提交表单。
访问本网站与离线使用 App 是不同的行为。网站托管方（例如 GitHub Pages）、邮件服务商或 Apple 的系统及商店服务，可能依据各自政策，为提供服务、安全和运行维护处理 IP 地址、请求时间、浏览器信息等技术数据。本政策不承诺这些第三方绝对不处理服务器层面的技术数据。

This policy describes the data practices of 耳石教学模拟 (the “App”) itself. The App is a fully offline medical education tool about benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).
No account is required. The App does not collect personal information, health data or location, use advertising, tracking or analytics SDKs, or upload patient or user data.
Accounts and personal information
The App does not require registration or sign-in, create user accounts, or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or other personally identifying information. You do not need to provide personal information to the developer to use the App.
Health data and location
The App does not collect user or patient health data, medical records or treatment records, and does not upload patient or user data. It does not use location services or collect precise or approximate location. Built-in nystagmus materials are educational examples, not recordings or examinations of the user.
Advertising, tracking and data use
The App does not display advertisements, perform advertising tracking, or include analytics or statistical SDKs. It does not sell, rent or share users' personal information. Because the App itself does not collect such information, the developer does not maintain a database of personal information collected through the App.
Offline functionality and local processing
Anatomy lessons, BPPV theory, positional test demonstrations, 3D repositioning simulations and nystagmus examples run offline on your device without connecting to a developer-operated server. Search terms, simulation interactions and limited display preferences may be processed locally on the device or within the current session. The App does not upload them.
Voluntary support contact
If you choose to contact the developer through an external email service, the developer receives your email address and the information you voluntarily include. This is used only to respond to your inquiry, resolve problems and provide related support; it is not automatic data collection by the App. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the inquiry and meet applicable obligations. You may use the address below to request access, correction or deletion.
Please do not send patient names, medical records, identifiable patient images or other sensitive health information. The developer does not use support emails for advertising or sell them.
This support website and third-party services
The code for these static pages does not set cookies, use analytics tools, tracking scripts, external fonts or external images, or provide online data submission forms.
Visiting this website is separate from using the App offline. Hosting providers (such as GitHub Pages), email providers, and Apple's system and store services may process technical data such as IP addresses, request times and browser information under their own policies to operate and secure their services. This policy does not claim that these third parties never process server-level technical data.

Policy updates
If the App's data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date to reflect the actual practices of the updated App.
